Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Prediction Quant. Please read it before subscribing.
1. Subscription Billing
Prediction Quant subscriptions recur monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the corresponding date each month or year. Payments are processed automatically through Stripe. A receipt is sent by email after each successful charge.
2. Subscription Plans
Founder Plan — First 50 Subscribers Only
- Month 1: $60 when the valid PQ60 code is applied at Stripe checkout.
- Month 2 and beyond: $119/month while the subscription remains active.
- Includes all currently offered features except EdgeStrike Automation.
Annual Plan
$1,190/year, billed annually. The annual rate and renewal terms are shown at checkout. EdgeStrike Automation is not included.
Standard Plan — After Founder Spots Fill
$149/month when available. Includes all currently offered features except EdgeStrike Automation.
Automation Plan — Future Launch
$399/month when available as an upgrade. Includes EdgeStrike Automation.
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Billing Settings or by emailing contact@predictionquant.com with your account email and cancellation request. We will confirm an emailed cancellation within one business day.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, monthly or annual. You retain access until then and will not be charged for a following billing period.
Founder Plan and Cancellation
If you cancel a Founder monthly subscription, the locked $119/month rate is permanently forfeited. If you resubscribe, the then-current plan price applies. The Founder rate cannot be reinstated after the subscription lapses.
4. Refund Policy
General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly agreed in writing. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days after cancellation, whether the billing period is monthly or annual.
Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund if you were charged in error because of a technical issue on our end, or if a platform outage caused by us prevented access for an extended period of 48 hours or more.
To request consideration under one of these exceptions, email contact@predictionquant.com within seven days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within five business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction records to your financial institution.
5. Plan Upgrades
Upgrading to Automation Plan
When EdgeStrike Automation launches, an active Founder or Standard monthly subscriber may upgrade to the Automation Plan at $399/month. Upgrades take effect immediately. The new billing amount will be prorated for the remainder of the current monthly billing period, then charged at $399/month on renewal.
Upgrading from the Founder monthly plan permanently removes its pricing lock. If you later downgrade or cancel, you cannot return to the $119/month Founder rate.
6. Free Trials
We do not currently offer a free trial. The introductory Founder offer is $60 for the first month when a valid PQ60 code is applied at Stripe checkout; it renews at $119/month thereafter.
7. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a subscription dispute, contact contact@predictionquant.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within two business days and resolving legitimate billing issues promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
